Peaceful Transitions Concierge, LLC
Navigating Life’s Delicate Transitions with Clarity, Dignity, and Peace
Welcome to Peaceful Transitions Concierge Services, LLC (PTC). We are a purpose-driven concierge service dedicated to supporting individuals and families across Memphis, Tennessee, and surrounding communities through life’s most profound transitions.
More than caregiving coordination or end-of-life planning, PTC provides thoughtful, heart-centered guidance that honors legacy, creates meaningful moments, and eases the logistical weight on families. By partnering with trusted local businesses, we handle the complex coordination—from senior relocation and care management to legal logistics and grief support—so you can focus entirely on your loved one.

Peaceful Transitions Concierge was born out of deep personal love, lived experience, and a mission of service.
In 2016, founder and CEO Holly Cooper relocated her beloved mother, Shirley Cooper, to Memphis, Tennessee, becoming her sole caregiver through a nearly two-decade battle with Alzheimer’s disease. For eight years, Holly balanced a demanding career while managing caregivers, home safety, hospice, and end-of-life care until her mother’s peaceful passing in April 2024.
Shirley—a lifelong educator who taught for over 30 years in New York City public schools—was lovingly known as “Shorty Rock.” Small in frame, she was strong, fearless, a survivor of both lung and breast cancer, and a woman who modeled purposeful living. She taught Holly the importance of education, compassion, and serving others.
Through trial, determination, and navigating the daunting realities of full-time caregiving while maintaining a career, Holly became a subject-matter expert in the emotional and practical challenges families face. Named one of the Top 50 Business Leaders in Tennessee by Women We Admire in 2024, Holly brings decades of executive leadership in mission-driven non-profits together with her personal caregiving journey.
Holly created Peaceful Transitions Concierge to be the exact resource she once wished existed: a tender-hearted, expert partner to help families navigate caregiving and loss without sacrificing their peace of mind.
